PVC Pelletizing Production Line

PVC pelletizing is the most widely used process for the PVC pellets form the powder material or plastic modification. The process involves extrusion through a die head. Then the extrudate is cooled to solidification and cut into pellets by a pelletizer. 

This week, we have tested a SJZS80 PVC pelletizing production line and been ready to ship to America. This line is included a SJZS80 conical twin-screw extruder, a pelletizer and silos. The capacity of this line is 400kg/hr.
