PVC Pelletizing Cutting Production Line Testing in Our Workshop

Yesterday we tested the PVC pelletizing Line for our customers in Peru, the line consists of SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder, die head, pelletizer, cutter, vibrator, cyclone blower and storage silo. The finished pellets around 3mm, and the capacity is around 200-250kg/h.

The PVC hot pelletizing line can be applied to granulate the recycled materials of rigid PVC, soft PVC and waste PVC with different designs of screws. It can be stopless in the course of production. it uses pneumatic conversion and strong-wind blowing. At the same time it can adjust stainless steel storage container and can run at high speed for a long time while extrude stably.
