The SJ series plastic screw extruders adopt single screw, it's mainly used for various types of plastic pellets. Advanced in design, high in output, good in plasticization and low in energy consumption.

The involute gear driviing is characterized by low noise, stable working, big bearing capacity and long service life. This extruder can be used for extruding thermo plastics like soft or hard polyvinyl chlorid (PVC) and polystyrene(PE). Coordinated with the appropriate auxiliary machine (including the head of former), it can produce many kinds of plastic products such as film, pipe, board, brid, belt as well as granule.

Features:

The extruders are driven by AC motor with a thruster of stepless regulator. It also equipped with the over load proction and alarm system. The core of screw and barrel is cooling by circulation of oil, with vacuum venting and forced feeding.
